Bourgogne Pinot Noir Franc de Pied 2019

Discreet wood sets off intensely floral and softly spicy aromas of red currant and earth. Here too the middle weight flavors possess a really lovely texture despite not being nearly as dense, all wrapped in a relatively powerful and again sneaky long finish. This is a fine Bourgogne and should reward up to a decade of cellaring.
