Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2018

Pungent aromas of reduction and wood introduce even bigger and richer broad-shouldered flavors that possess a wonderfully textured, suave and seductive mouthfeel before culminating in a mildly warm if impressively long finale. This needs to develop better depth but the underlying material appears to be present for that to occur.
