Subtle spice hints of white pepper, clove, and cinnamon, along with a delicate earthy and mineral character, reminiscent of wet limestone and forest floor.

Medium-bodied with silky yet structured tannins and a lively, well-integrated acidity. The fruit profile leans toward juicy raspberries, black cherries, and pomegranate, with an elegant layer of dried herbs, smoky nuances, and a touch of sous-bois (forest floor). The oak influence is minimal, allowing the purity of fruit and terroir-driven minerality to shine.
