The robe is yellow gold colour. Fine, floral nose with ripe pineapple and tropical fruits on the full palate balanced by fresh acidity; very elegantly styled Riesling.

Best Serve between 9° and 10°C. Ideal pairing with oysters, shellfish and trout au bleu. Indeed it is excellent with all fish whether served in a wine sauce, meuniere, grilled, braised, poached, fried, in aspic, as quenelles, or as a fish stew.
