A deft but still easily perceptible dollop of wood frames the more sauvage-inflected aromas of violet, lavender, red and black raspberry as well as an interesting hint of just grated truffle. The notably finer and more mineral-driven medium-bodied flavors possess a radically different texture compared to that of the Ech, all wrapped in youthfully austere finish where a similar suggestion of sweetness can be found.
